THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between NIL Donor Inc. having its principal place of business at 4832 Cooper Road, Suite 200, Blue Ash, Ohio 45242 (“NIL Donor Inc.”) and , an individual, with an address of (“Athlete”). NIL Donor Inc. and Athlete are sometimes referred to herein each as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
