This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of software and firmware (collectively, "Software"), which is provided to you by Nissan North America, Inc. and/or its parent or affiliates (collectively, "Nissan") and installed on your Nissan vehicle ("Vehicle"). This Agreement covers any and all updates to the Software ("Updates"), as well as applications, services, functions, and content provided through the Software (collectively, "Services"). The Services may be provided by Nissan, its licensors, and/or third parties authorized by Nissan and/or its licensors or licensees (collectively, "Service Providers").
