This sales agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of sale (the “Effective Date”), between Nitto, Inc. (“Nitto”), located at 400 Frank W. Burr Blvd., 2nd Flr., Ste. 66, Teaneck, NJ 07666, USA, and Customer (hereinafter “Customer”), located at address provided by Customer, and applies to this order placed by Customer to Nitto for ammonia detection tape (DX-8208A), carbon dioxide detection tape (DX-8307C), and hydrogen detection tape (DX-2106H).
