Owner and Resident hereby agree and acknowledge that smoking is prohibited inside the above mentioned apartment. Resident and their guests may smoke outside the apartment or any other designated common areas outside of the apartment. This agreement is made in the interests of avoiding nuisances to neighboring residents who share ventilation ducts with the resident’s apartment, avoiding safety hazards, and to prevent unnecessary wear and tear of the residence.
