THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on this day of , 20 between Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Bureau of India (PMBI), set up under Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India as a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860, having its Registered Office at: B-500, Tower B, 5th Floor, World Trade Center, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi – 110029, hereinafter referred to as “PMBI” (which expression shall mean and include its successors and assigns) of the ONE PART;
