All athletes who wish to attempt qualification for the 2018 Australian Paralympic Winter Team must review the following documentation. Once reviewed, please sign and return this Agreement to your primary contact in your respective National Federation. This is required to be eligible for nomination and selection to the 2018 Australian Paralympic Winter Team.
