Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) made by and between SAG-AFTRA (“SAG-AFTRA” or the “Union”) and American Residuals & Talent, Inc., CMC/Forecast, Inc., Extreme Reach Talent, Inc., JoRon 2000/BLAPOP RECORDS USA, Krause Sautter & Associates dba The Production Asylum, SIMULATIONS, Inc., Talent Direct LLC, Talent Solutions LLC, and The Team Companies LLC(“Producers”) on this 11th day of January 2023.

This Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) is entered into by and between SAG-AFTRA (herein referred to as the “Union”) and the Producers Group, Ltd (herein referred to as the “Producer”) and sets forth the agreed upon revisions to the 2011-2014 AFTRA National Code of Fair Practice for Corporate/Educational & Non-Broadcast Recorded Material and the Producers-Screen Actors Guild 2002 Codified Industrial and Educational Contract and modified extension agreements thereto. Except as specifically modified herein, the terms shall otherwise remain the same, subject to conforming language.
