This Non-Exclusive/Non-Commercial A g r e e m e n t ( t h e ' A g r e e m e n t ' ) is automatically established on the date of the track download (as documented in the confirming purchase email). The parties involved are the Producer, Point of Attraction Sound (Giacomo Franzoso), and the Licensee (the individual who downloaded the instrumental track). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the Licensee's use of and rights to the instrumental music in consideration for the Licensee's payment of $19 (referred to as the 'License Fee').
