Pursuant to Section 4 of the Natural Gas Act and Part 154 of the Regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“Commission”), Northern Natural Gas Company (“Northern”) hereby submits for filing a non-conforming agreement between Northern and Iogen RC Fuels LP (“Iogen”). Northern requests that the Commission accept the following revised tariff sections as part of Northern’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”), Seventh Revised Volume No. 1 and First Revised Volume No. 1A respectively, proposed to be effective November 1, 2024:
