This Non-Discretionary Client Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by NextCapital Advisers, Inc. (“NextCapital”) and you, (the “Client”). Client is contracting with NextCapital to receive NextCapital’s Non-Discretionary Advisory Service (the “Service”). This Agreement sets forth the services to be provided to Client by NextCapital pursuant to the Service and the terms and conditions upon which those services will be provided.
