THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made the day of , 2022, by and among the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, a body politic and corporate, organized under the laws of the State of Florida (“Board”); the Florida Atlantic Research and Development Authority, a body politic and corporate, organized under the laws of the State of Florida (the “Authority”), acting herein on behalf of itself and the State of Florida; Boca/Research Park, Ltd., a Florida limited partnership (the “Boca Park”); PEBB FAU, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and BANYAN FAU, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, as tenants in common (collectively, the “Sub-Tenant”); and the Sub-Tenant’s leasehold mortgage lender, Seacoast National Bank, a national banking association (“Lender”).
