This Non-Exclusive Affiliate Referral Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date set forth on the signature page hereto (“Effective Date”) by and between The Wallet Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“TWG”), and the referral affiliate entity named on the signature page of this Agreement (referred to herein as “Affiliate”). TWG and Affiliate are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”, and each, individually, as a “Party.”
