This Non-Exclusive Basic Premium License Agreement (the “Agreement”), having been made on and effective as of Fri, 06 Oct 2017 13:13:44 -0400 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Ronald Bryant (7eventeen) p/k/a 7eventeen (the “Producer” or “Licensor”); and John Doe residing at 123 Street St. Austin, Texas US 25252 (“You” or “Licensee”), sets forth the terms and conditions of the Licensee’s use, and the rights granted in, the Producer’s instrumental music file entitled Sample Track Title (the “Beat”) in consideration for Licensee’s payment of $39.99 (the “License Fee”), on a so-called “Basic Premium” basis.
