(“AGTA”), hereinafter referred to as “Licensor” and the exhibitor designated below and hereinafter referred to as “Licensee”. This license binds the parties hereto for the dates, show, fees, and payment deadlines as set forth on this page and further binds the parties to comply with all show rules and regulations.
