(“HemoSense”), a Delaware corporation with principal offices at 600 Valley Way, Milpitas, CA 95035, USA, and Innovative Medical Product Consultants, GmbH (“Representative”), a business organized and existing under the laws of Germany with principle offices at Max-Planck-Strasse 22, 50858 Cologne, Germany.
