The Non-Exclusive Technology License Agreement combined with the Licensee Addendum make up the “Agreement.” This Agreement is made and entered into between The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, a body corporate and politic of the State of Illinois, through its Office of Technology Management (“University”), and the party that completes and signs the Licensee Addendum (“Licensee”). Following Licensee’s signature, this Agreement becomes effective as of the date of the signature of University’s Office of Technology Management in the Licensee Addendum (“Effective Date”).
