This Non-Exclusive Track Stems License Agreement (the “Agreement”), having been made effective by Deadboy Beats, sets forth the terms and conditions of the Licensee’s use, and the rights granted in Deadboy Beats his instrumental music file entitled “WHIP” in consideration for Licensee’s payment of $79,99 (the “License Fee”), on a so-called “Track Stems License” basis.
