GLOBALPLATFORM, INC.Non-Member Working Group Participation/Submission Agreement • August 2nd, 2020
This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by GlobalPlatform, Inc. (“GlobalPlatform”) and the entity named on the signature page (“Submitter”) as of the date it is accepted by GlobalPlatform. This Agreement grants Submission and/or participation rights only with respect to the Working Group(s) identified on the signature page and such later Working Groups, if any, as to which GlobalPlatform grants written permission to Submitter to participate and/or submit.
