THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the South Bay Community Association, a Washington non-profit corporation (hereafter referred to as “the Association”) and the undersigned (hereafter referred to as “the Organization” if a Non-Profit Organization or as “the Community Group” if a Port Ludlow Based Community Organization).
