This non-reimbursable investment financing agreement, hereinafter the “Contract,” is entered into between the CARIBBEAN DEVELOPMENT BANK, hereinafter referred to as the “Beneficiary” or “CDB” and the INTER-AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK, acting as implementing entity of the Clean Technology Fund (CTF), hereinafter referred to as the “Bank” and together with the Beneficiary, as the “Parties”, on October 20, 2015.
