THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") between United Properties Development LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as "Owner "), United Properties Development LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as “Developer”), and the City of Arvada, Colorado, a Colorado municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), shall be effective upon its execution by all applicable parties.
