THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this June 10, 2014, by and between the WICHITA AIRPORT AUTHORITY, Wichita, Kansas (hereinafter referred to as "Authority") and SEAPORT AIRLINES, INC., an incorporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Alaska (hereinafter referred to as "Airline") acting by and through its designated officers pursuant to its bylaws or a resolution of its Board of Directors;
