Distributor Applicant (DA) is interested in learning more about resQroof (company) and its distributor training, distribution and management system and ResQroof is considering this applicant. However, both parties understand that certain information will be revealed to DA which resQroof owns and must protect diligently. To this end, DA agrees to keep all said information confidential for a certain period, as outlined below. Further, DA agrees not to use said information in any way, barring him/her from entering this field.
