This non-statutory development agreement (“Agreement”), is effective as of September 1, 2024, and is by and between the City of Culver, an Oregon municipal corporation (“City”) and Wood Hill Homes, Inc., an Oregon corporation (“Woodhill”). City and Woodhill are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”

Pursuant to the City’s home rule authority, this non-statutory Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of Wilsonville, an Oregon municipal corporation (“City”), and Delta Logistics, Inc., an Oregon corporation (“Developer”). This Agreement is not a statutory development agreement under ORS Chapter 94.504-94.528 and does not constitute a “land use decision.” The effective date of this Agreement is the day of 2023 (“Effective Date”). The City and Developer may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
