The above-noted parties have agreed, subject to ratification by the Board of Trustees of the Division and the Association membership to execute a new Collective Agreement for the period July 8, 2013 up to and including July 1, 2017 (four years). The terms of the new collective agreement will be identical to the existing collective agreement except as amended to include the following:
