THIS NONDISCLOSURE, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, NONCOMPETITION AND NONSOLICITATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into between Anthony Tomasello (“Employee”) and AG&E HOLDINGS, INC.
