This Restated and Amended Nonexclusive Cable Television License Renewal Agreement (“the Agreement”) is entered into by and between Pima County (“the County”), a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, and Cox Communications Arizona, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Cox Communications Tucson (“the Licensee”) and shall be effective retroactive to July 1, 2013.
