Contract Type FiledApril 16th, 2012 JurisdictionThe United States Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) and the Council on Dairy Cattle Breeding (CDCB or “COOPERATOR”) have been long-term partners and have a mutual interest in improving milk production, health, fertility, and conformation traits in dairy cattle. In order to continue their collaboration to improve efficiencies of bovine dairy production and to extend their efforts to improve feed efficiency and disease resistance for the national bovine dairy herd, ARS and CDCB (hereinafter “Party” or “Parties”) enter into this nonfunded Cooperative Agreement (the “Agreement”).
