THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the 10th day of October, 2014, by and between the ROBERT A. FICOCELLI REVOCABLE TRUST (the “Trust”), ROBERT A. FICOCELLI, individually (“Ficocelli”), and STEPHEN R.
