This NORTH AMERICAN MASTER NETTING AGREEMENT (this “NA Master Agreement”) is entered into and dated as of the 26th day of October, 2001 (the “Effective Date”) and is by and between BP Corporation North America Inc., BP Energy Company, Vastar Resources, Inc.
