Price The current rate is 14.94 cents per kWh. Rate applies to all electricity supplied during initial term and does not vary based on usage amount during the initial term or any fixed price or variable price renewal term. Term The initial term is for 12 months; thereafter, unless otherwise agreed to, the term is month-to-month at NAP’s then current variable market based rate. Rescission Customer has the right to rescind this Agreement without fees or penalties of any kind (a) within 3 business days from the date of personal or electronic delivery of this Agreement and Welcome Letter, or (b) within 5 business days from the postmarked date when this Agreement is delivered via the United States Postal Service. Customer should contact NAP at its contact information listed in Section 13.
