Molter Road, Liberty Lake, WA 99019 and The Corporation of the Town of Goderich , an entity organized under the laws of Ontario , having an address at 57 West Street, Goderich, Ontario, N7A2K5 “Customer”) and is effective as of the date of the last signature (the “Effective Date”).
