This is your Subscriber Agreement (“Agreement”) with North Texas Fiber, Inc. (“NTF,” “we,” “us,” “our”). It sets forth the terms and conditions under which customers (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) will be provided Video, Internet and Phone services (individually, “Service,” collectively “Services”). Phone and Internet Services may be referenced as “Wired Phone Service” or “Wired Internet Service,” respectively, if provided over NTF’s wired fiber plant, and “Wireless Phone Service” or “Wireless Internet Service,” respectively, if provided over NTF’s wireless network. All other reference to Phone or Internet Services apply to both wired and wireless platforms.
