This agreement ("Agreement") is executed between the client ("Client") whose details appear at the preamble of this Contract, and Northvale Limited referred to herein after as the ("Company") or (“Northvale”). Whereas the Client wishes to trade in securities of companies listed, across international stock markets through E-Trading Execution only services provided by Northvale ; And whereas Client hereby wishes to open trading account with Northvale for execution only; parties hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.
