This Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the SunTrust Direct Connect for QuickBooks services ("Direct Connect Service"), including the terms and conditions of the Bill Pay Service, and is made and entered into by and between SunTrust Bank ("Bank," also referred to as “we”) and t he s ol e proprietorship, or ot her business entity, that has accounts set up on the Direct Connect Service ("Customer," also referred to as "you" or as “Direct Connect Client”). You are liable for all transactions initiated through the Direct Connect Service, including overdrafts.
