You have requested to be notified of any City emergencies, including/but not limited to, a minor individual that has departed from the grounds of the Woodward Academy without the authorization of the Woodward Academy staff. Pursuant to your request for notification, you understand and agree that you will not take action on your own accord to locate or attempt to apprehend such minor individual which could interfere with or obstruct the performance of a peace officer or other emergency responders carrying out their duties.
