This NRE Funding Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made on September 1st, 2020 and effective as of January 1st, 2020 (“Effective Date”), by and between and Gamma Research and Development LTD., a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel, with its principal offices at 94 Yigal Alon St. Tel Aviv (hereinafter: “GAMMA”) and Enigma MPC Inc., registered under the laws of the State of Delaware USA (hereinafter: “Funding Partner”).
