This SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is by and between MELLANOX TECHNOLOGIES, LTD. ("NVIDIA Mellanox" and “Licensor”) and you (“Licensee,” “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions by which you are permitted to access and use the “Software” and any “Documentation” that are provided to you pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
