THIS Occupancy and Sponsorship Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered by and between Cobb County, Georgia (“County”), a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, the Cobb County Safety Village Foundation, Inc. (“Foundation”), a Georgia nonprofit corporation, and LGE Community Credit Union (“Sponsor”), organized in the State of Georgia, with its principal place of business at 3100 Cumberland Blvd., Suite 17, Atlanta, Georgia 30339. County, Foundation, and Sponsor are each referred to as a Party, and collectively, the Parties.
