This Cloud Services Agreement (this "Agreement") is a binding contract between you and any of your affiliates ("Customer," "you," or "your"), Dickson Unigage, Inc. and Oceasoft SA (both related companies referred to collectively or in the singular as "Provider," "we," or "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Cloud Services.
