This Operation and Maintenance Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the Director of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (“Director”) and [Name of Volunteer] (“[Name]” or “Volunteer”), pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (“ORC”) Chapter 3746 and Ohio Administrative Code (“OAC”) Chapter 3745-300, known as the Ohio Voluntary Action Program.
