In order to ensure the performance of the Trust Loan Contract entered into by and between [Changxing Chisen Electric Co., Ltd.] (hereinafter “Borrower”) and Party B with the number [P2009M17ZJZH00012F14-0081-1, P2009M17ZJZH00012F14-0081-2] (hereinafter the “Master Contract”) and guarantee the fulfillment of the Lender’s right of Party B, Party A is willing to provide guarantee for the debts of Borrower under the Master Contract. Party A and Party B hereby agree as follows through negotiations for mutual compliance.
