WHEREAS, the County of DeWitt (“DeWitt County”), City of Cuero (“CC”), City of Yorktown (“CY”), and Yorktown Independent School District (“YISD”) collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Participating Entities”, will each hold elections on May 7, 2016; and,

The purpose of PASEC is to provide, operate, organize, coordinate, and supervise special education and other needed educational programs and/or services for students with disabilities eligible to receive such services under Article 14 of the Illinois School Code who reside within its Member Districts.
