(“CIE”), (ii) Caesars Acquisition Company, on behalf of itself and each of its direct and indirect Subsidiaries (collectively, “CAC”), (iii) Caesars Entertainment Corporation, on behalf of itself and each of its direct and indirect Subsidiaries, other than the Company (collectively, “CEC”), and (iv) Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, on behalf of itself and each of the debtors in the Chapter 11 Cases (collectively, the “Company” and together with CIE, CAC and CEC, the “Parties”).
