This Amendment to OFDMA Smallcell License Agreement (the “Amendment”) is entered into as of July 1, 2015 (the “Amendment Effective Date”) between QUALCOMM Incorporated, a Delaware corporation (“QUALCOMM”), and Airspan Networks, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“LICENSEE”).
