Available to any Small Power Producer that is a Qualifying Facility as defined by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in Order No. 70 under Docket No. RM 79-54 that has power production capacity less than or equal to two (2) MW, and enters a Power Purchase Agreement (“PPA”) ("Seller") with Dominion Energy South Carolina, Inc.(“DESC” or “Company”). This schedule is not available for Qualifying Facilities (“QF”) that have power production capacity greater than two (2) MW.
