THIS CONTRACT is made on the 30th October 2012 by the Disposal Services Authority. Between the SECRETARY OF STATE FOR DEFENCE of her Britannic Majesty's Government of Great Britain and Northern Ireland of Whitehall, London, as represented by the Disposal Services Authority of the Defence Equipment and Support organisation of the Ministry of Defence, at Building H9, H Site, Ploughley Road, Arncott, Bicester OXON OX25 1NY (hereinafter called "the Authority”) AND Disposal Services Ltd, A1 – A2 Hovefields Avenue, Basildon, Essex, SS13 1EB (hereinafter Called “the Contractor”).
