This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Haworth Inc., One Haworth Center, Holland, MI 49423 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated May 9, 2017 executed under City Directorial Order No. 17060, and County Contract C-17-0319, dated May 9, 2017, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on May 9, 2017, for Office Furniture and Related Services, US Communities Contract No. 4400003402, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
