THIS EXECUTIVE OFFICER PERFORMANCE STOCK UNIT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date set forth above (the “Grant Date”) by and between Herc Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and the participant identified above (the “Participant”), pursuant to the Herc Holdings Inc. 2018 Omnibus Incentive Plan (as amended from time to time, the “Plan”).
