This Official Exhibitor Contract (“Contract”) is entered into between The Knoxville News Sentinel (“Sentinel”), with offices at 2332 News Sentinel Drive, Knoxville, TN 37921 and , a corporation with offices at (“Company”). To reserve your News Sentinel Career Fair Package, please return a completed and signed contract with a 50 percent deposit to the News Sentinel no less than two weeks prior to event date(s). Mail to Knoxville News Sentinel Career Fair, 2332 News Sentinel Drive, Knoxville, TN 37921, fax to 865-342-6500 or email to: recruitmentads@knoxnews.com. The full balance is required two weeks before event date(s) to retain booth space. See section (6) of event terms and conditions for additional payment terms.
